Eating fruit is healthy living. Fruits come in unique colours, shape, aroma and taste.  Most fruits are energy boosters. They have calming and relaxing effects on the body.  A variety of fruits are in season all year round and are within reach.

What kind of fruits do you like? Do you have any preferred choice? I like Apples, Clementina and Grapes. Hmmn, love my Banana too. Oh, and Water-melon, the Coco-nut…!
