Sunday Giggles!

I will quickly drop this here…!!!

I just got a text message from a friend telling me she couldn’t sleep because she’s been feeling very sad lately. She has been whining all morning, feeling a nauseating pain, not physical but emotional. That’s quite sad!

Is there anyone going through a similar experience today?
Are you going through an excruciating pain that seems to overwhelm you? Both physical or emotional? Do you feel discontent?

Here is my response to my friend:

Try to read something comical that will make you laugh. Consider shifting your thinking frequency from negative to positive…

Step out, go get some air. Remind yourself of who you are and what you want to be.

Focus on the good and happy memories! Decline the negative invitation to bad feelings, silence the negative thoughts that keeps calling and threatening your peace…

Read the scriptures especially for the believers!

Call and speak to someone!
May you be enveloped with a happy feeling. May that sad spirit give way to a happy one.

Sending you positive thoughts and warmt. Sending you love and a little sunshine from my little space, here in Denmark. 🙂

Big hugs to you, you and YOU!

Peace and Love!

  1. Great advice.

Whenever I’m feeling down over situations, I feel the best remedy is getting out into the fresh air, and walking in the countryside. A stiff walk clears my mind of most things.

    1. You’re right. I practice this almost on a daily basis but partly as a form of exercise as I just love to take a walk admiring the lovely views. It does help to inhale freshness again. Thank you Sean. Enjoy your day. 🙂

  2. When I’m down I like to listen to music. I listen to anything from Symphonic Metal to J-pop and K-pop. lol It really just depends on what I’m feeling at the time. ❤

    1. Hi Zeftaria, How are you? It’s been a long time I saw any posts from you. Yeah, I listen to music too when I feel low and it’s quite therapeutic. But what works best for me is to go into nature and observe a quiet moment. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers! 🙂

      1. I can understand. Life is full of challenges for everyone and you are no exception. Just hang in there and take it one step at a time. You’d be fine. I will visit your space soonest. Hugs! 🙂
