It slowly begins to echo funny sounds
At first, pounding gently and throbbing silently
It gradually raises its tempo between the eyes
And begins to cause visual strain
Suddenly, it explodes into violent pains
And soars around the entire head
Trying to crack up the skull
The head ached profusely
Crushing, excruciating, piercing
I couldn’t sit properly
I couldn’t stand upright
So I paced about with one hand on the side of the head
I felt caged like a prisoner
As I bow to the debilitating bang
I became feverish and nauseous
Teary and wimpy as I laid myself down
Waiting for Panodil Zapp to begin its job
Another day to stay at home curled up in bed
Another day to stay off the computer screen
Oh, how I hated this pattern of a headache
That intimidates me and makes me want to spew up

The poem is lovely, mind you in whatever will do, rest is paramount and very important. I deem you fit to be nominated for the Sunshine Blogger Award.

Absolutely, rest is very important at intervals. I’ve had two days of chaos and rest, hopefully, that will rejuvenated me. Thanks for the nomination. I took a peek at your awards and would give a pingback when I tackle the intimidating ‘questions’. Lol.
