Good Morning World

Mornings are inevitable.

Mornings come after night.

So how do you approach them?

With doubts and gloom?

With Hope and Optimism?

Even in the greyest Mornings, HOPE instills strength.

Hope infuses new energy.

As I looked up the Sky this morning, amidst the greyness, are slithers of blue. Oh yes, slithers of blue here and there.

What does that mean?

There is that silver lining even in the darkest cloud.
There is that flicker of hope, that flicker of trust, that flicker of love, somewhere in the horizons.

There is that flicker of assurances, somewhere, somehow, even so, close to you.

And You alone can find this HOPE.

YOU.

Get up.

Dwell on the good things and happy memories.

And join me to celebrate this beautiful sunshine. This Morning Glory.

Join me to celebrate life.

Smile. Breathe. Just live.

Tuesday Blessings to you and yours.

Peace and Love!

Devotional Nuggets – #98

This morning, all I want to do is to encourage us to keep holding on to God. Delay is not denial and we have to stay focused on our belief in God because He is able to meet us at the points of our needs.

Dear Friends, hold on, I say, hold on, hold on for the Lord will go before us to bring recompense, restoration and increase back to us. Just key into the word of God and believe today that The Lord is rising in your defence! Amen. Continue reading “Devotional Nuggets – #98”

Good Morning World

You know, the smallest thing can change a life. In the blink of an eye, something happens by chance – and when you least expect it – since we’re on a course that you could have never planned, into a future you never imagined.

Where will it take you? That’s the journey of our lives: our search for the light. But sometimes, finding the light means you must pass through the deepest darkness.

Your Nails And You!

I took a good look at my nails now and all I have to do is to use some colourful nail polish on them. Those finely manicured artificial nails are beautiful but they restrict me. I indulge in them when the need arises.

I took a decision a while back and I stopped doing all the acrylic and gel stuff because of the destruction of my nails. Hmmn, I don’t know about you, but my nails became weak and brittle. These artificials also leads to dystrophic nails and they look awful when taken off. Continue reading “Your Nails And You!”

Easter Reflections!

This is the Lenten Season.

A period of time where Christians especially the Catholics observe lent and engage in fasting as they reflect upon the teachings of Christ. His death and what it signifies to the body of Christ – The Church.

Easter signifies the victory over death by our Lord Jesus Christ.
It’s a defining moment to ponder on the climactic events leading to the crucifixion of our Lord.
Easter is the reason we are Christians in the first place.

Good Morning World…!

My life philosophy is, do what you can, while you can. Do it with all your might. Do it diligently. Do it prayerfully. Do it with optimism.

And after you’ve done your best, don’t worry about the rest. Just relax. Watch things unfold. Continue reading “Good Morning World…!”

Good Morning World!

This last weekend, I was scavenging some old files and dairies as well as old emails from when I first got a Yahoo mail account.

Guess what I found?

I ran through some very old email exchanges with friends from as far back as 2004.

I tell you, there were all kinds of exchanges. Some cringe-worthy stuff in there.  Some are wonderful and lovely birthday greetings. Some were simply letters. And some were internet birthday greeting cards. Continue reading “Good Morning World!”
